3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Note: Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details may be required).
5. Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange (subject to availability) for products returned within 7 days.
Exchange requests depend on stock availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
